About Us

WeCast was created to release the talent industry from its traditional forms of operating as we move steadily into the 21st century. Most major industries have already moved onto technology platforms and IT to assist them in performing job functions whilst this industry is stagnant in its progress. That is all about to change as we are innovating a new and interesting way for these talent industry professionals to build their network, cast talents and finalize transactions in a timely manner. A seamless start-to-finish system for employers and talents to post campaign projects, connect with professionals and develop themselves further in the chosen career path. Talents of all forms and backgrounds are welcomed to explore their creativity through the structure the team at WeCast has created that does not restrict the talent industry to just models and photographers etc. of the conventional perception. Any talent that needs visual representation of their work now has a way of showcasing it to the rest of the world in a professional setting.

  • Justin tan

    Justin founded WeCast as a notion that the process of networking, scouting and casting of quality talent professionals should be effective, efficient and most of all, fair. He is in charge of planning WeCast's development strategy, producing the application's product designs and overseeing the overall execution of the company's business programme. Justin was originally into the marketing and sales of consumer goods in Malaysia. Although, a change in entrepreneurial heart has eventually lead him into the venture of the talent industry. He is a designer, marketer, entrepreneur and holds a BM from RMIT University.

  • Aniket Jagtap

    A visionary with an immense passion for technology, Aniket Jagtap has 8+ years of experience in SAP/ERP product and Mobile/Web application development. The director of the company, Aniket plays a vital role in developing high quality business strategies, leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement for developing a high performance managerial team. Aniket has expertise in product development, resource planning, technical architect, project auditing, and financial management.

  • Omkar Patil

    Omkar is Business Development Manager and has 4+ years of experience in IT project development, execution, and management. Omkar serves as the primary business contact and he executes offshore projects that require being at the client-side for gathering various pre-requisites as per the project demand. As one of the Director at Innover Systems Private Limited, he is responsible for strategic planning, modeling and implementing information technology solutions and monitoring the overall operations of project execution.
